Research and Innovation

It was Revans (1987) who said, ‘For an organisation to survive, the rate of learning must be equal to or greater than the rate of change in its external environment. Innovation though needs to be measured and incentivised for it to be taken seriously within organisation. We work with organisational leaders to research and understand the culture of the organisation enabling them to identify the enablers as well as the barriers to innovation within their specific organisation. They are then better placed to promote a culture of innovation in their workplaces. This is the case whether the innovation is around a product, a process or even a redesign of the core purpose of the organisation. Our processes enable leaders to identify ways in which they can innovate around the value chains of their organisation.
